- Assisted a very large organization preparing for an
ERP implementation in a final executive review. This included a review
of their selection process, the clients capability to deliver on their
tasks in the impending project, to review all Service Level Agreements
(SLA's) with all vendors, to validate that their pricing was in line
with similar scale projects, and to ensure that the overall scope and
architecture was feasible and would attain stated goals.
- Assisted the CEO of a multi-national organization in identifying the risks, costs, and pertinent information/learning to execute the outsourcing of datacenters.
- Act as an external research arm and provide "briefings" at regularly scheduled intervals with CIO's and COO's. These private and individual discussions allow the CxO's to quickly gather accurate and deep information on topics of great importance to their organizations. These are not meandering "talkfests", rather these are structured, interactive sessions that are linked directly with their core organizational situations and growth opportunities supported by research and documentation.
